Counselling for Men Who Are Tired of Carrying Everything Alone.
I've had my own battles, faced setbacks and worked through difficult times. I understand what it's like when life doesn't go to plan. When you're carrying stress, responsibility, relationship problems, financial pressures, loss, addiction, anxiety or the weight of expectations, it can feel like you're constantly fighting fires while trying to keep it together for everyone else.
But eventually, the pressure catches up.
The truth is, many men spend years holding everything together on the outside while struggling on the inside.
You may find yourself turning to alcohol, drugs, gambling, pornography, work, the gym, social media, or other unhealthy coping strategies just to get through the day. You might be constantly overthinking, unable to switch off, struggling with confidence, feeling like a fraud despite your achievements, battling imposter syndrome, or feeling the pressure to maintain an image that no longer reflects how you really feel.
This isn't about analysing every detail of your life or being told what to do. It's about having the space to speak honestly, make sense of what's going on, and find a way forward.
No scripts. No pressure. No pretending.
I believe that when men are given the right support, they can overcome challenges they never thought possible. Reaching out isn't a sign of weakness. It's often the first step towards becoming stronger, healthier and more in control of your future.
If you're ready to stop carrying the weight on your own, I'm here to help.
I work with men facing issues including:
Stress, anxiety and depression
Drug and alcohol misuse
Gambling addiction
Pornography and compulsive sexual behaviours
Relationship and marriage difficulties
Divorce, separation and family pressures
Workplace stress and burnout
Men working in construction, trades and high-pressure industries
Anger, frustration and emotional regulation
Imposter syndrome and lack of confidence
Low self-worth and self-esteem
Body image concerns and body dysmorphia
Overthinking and excessive worry
Loneliness and isolation
Bullying, both past and present
Childhood trauma and adverse experiences
Grief and loss
Identity and purpose
Men's health and ageing
Retirement and major life transitions
Feeling stuck, lost or lacking direction
My approach is straightforward, honest and tailored to you. No pressure to be anyone other than yourself. Together, we'll get to the root of what's going on, make sense of the thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back, and find practical ways to help you move forward.
Real Life Experience. Real Conversations. Real Change.
Change is possible.

ABOUT ME
I'm not someone who spends his weekends analysing feelings or speaking in therapy jargon.
I'm a normal man. I enjoy football, music, clothes, having a laugh and the same everyday things most men do. I've worked, struggled, made mistakes, faced setbacks and had to find my own way through difficult times.
The reason I became a counsellor is simple. I felt there was space for someone different.
Someone who understands therapy, but also understands real life.
Too many men feel that counselling isn't for people like them. They imagine sitting in a room with someone who doesn't understand their world, their pressures or the way they've been brought up.
I wanted to offer something different.
A space where ordinary men from ordinary backgrounds can talk openly without feeling judged, analysed or spoken down to.
I've lived enough life to know that many working-class men are taught from a young age to get on with it, keep their heads down, work hard and not talk about what's really going on. When life gets difficult, many are expected to carry the pressure alone.
Relationship problems. Money worries. Family responsibilities. Stress. Anxiety. Addiction. Grief. Feeling like you're constantly holding everything together while nobody asks how you're doing.
For years, many men suffer in silence because that's what they've always done.
I know that mindset because I've lived it myself.
Counselling with me isn't about pretending you're broken or turning you into someone you're not. It's about having a conversation with someone who genuinely understands the pressures men face and helping you find a way through them.
No masks. No judgement. No therapy jargon.
Just honest conversations, real understanding and practical support from someone who gets it.
Because sometimes the strongest thing a man can do is stop carrying everything on his own.
Keith.
